Empath is a consulting firm that guides non-profits, educational institutions, healthcare institutions and government agencies to improve cross cultural communication.
Our main purpose is to increase individual/organizational competency as it relates to culture. We are guided by a set of research-based indicators to customize workshops and surveys that measure organizational and individual growth.
The goal is to help people establish an intentional thought process that guides decision making and interactions with stakeholders. We also develop programs to address authentic communication, internal motivation and respect between communities and school districts.
